Recently, a current commercial customer called me about renters insurance for a friend. He said that we are great and he deals a lot with Kim and she is awesome. He wanted to refer his friend to a company that will take care of her. I quoted and sold the policy. That made Brad even happier.

 Karen,

 As you know, my car was broken into in January of this year in the middle of the day in a restaurant parking lot at LBJ and Abrams.  Among other insignificant items, my expensive Macintosh laptop computer was stolen.  I called you and your suggested I check with my office liability insurance company rather than my auto insurance.  Mullen Insurance had previously place my office liability insurance with Harford.

 I called Hartford and within 10 days, I received a check for the replacement value of my business company, based on my replacement receipt and the police report.

 I was so pleased.  I want to thank you and Mullen Insurance for the service.  This took the sting out of losing my computer (that was not properly backed up, of course).
