High praise for someone requesting a replacement ID card! A message left on our voicemail system August 27th said in part: "thanks for all your help. . . you are all so helpful, so kind, so considerate. . . I've never had service like this from an insurance agent or any other company" * * * . . . and another on September 23rd from a Met Life auto customer. . . "You and your company are very easy to deal with. The company came our and my glass was replaced the same day. The claim process was friendly and easy to deal with. The small additional cost was well worth having no deductible!"
