Let me take a minute to introduce our agency. Mullen Agency was established over eighteen years ago as a
commercial insurance source for Texas citizens; we later added the personal
lines department necessary to complement and to create a full-lines, one-stop
insurance shop. With 27 fulltime and part time staff, including 15 licensed
personnel, we can solve both your commercial and personal insurance needs, as
well as those of your tenants. We
require that all of our employees complete annual continuing education classes,
as well as attend topical seminars and company provided education opportunities
to be sure our products are the most current and appropriate available.
We worked
closely with our London markets, as well as our domestic sources to develop an
Commercial Property Insurance program-property, liability, equipment breakdown,
flood, windstorm, loss of rents, etc-- applicable to the North Texas area. This
program is designed for the property investment entrepreneur.
Additionally, through the same associations, we developed a comprehensive
commercial insurance product agenda allowing our agency to solve most commercial
insurance needs from property through workers comp and those in-between.
Our first objective is to evaluate each risk as to the coverage needed. A
property coinsurance situation can be expensive should you suffer a claim.
Someone slips and falls, sees $ signs and your liability limits are
minimal; again, a costly situation, maybe even a personally costly situation.

Being named as an additional insured on the tenants’ policies is an added protection that cost you nothing and could save you millions.
